TrueScale runs on Windows only
TrueScale needs Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64 bit). Mac, iPad and smartphone versions are in the pipeline.
OCR needs the Windows language for the drawing
OCR uses Windows’ own text recognition. If a scan is in a language Windows has not installed for text recognition, add that language in Windows Settings (Time and language, Language and region), then run OCR again.
Signing a password protected file again
A password protected file is written whole when it is signed, so signing it again makes its earlier signatures show as invalid. TrueScale asks before it does this. Remove the password first if you need several valid signatures.
The server is not found over a VPN
Over a VPN (for example Tailscale), TrueScale does not find the server by itself. Type the server’s name or address in the TrueScale Server window instead.
