TrueScale started on site, not in a boardroom.

Our founder has spent ten years in construction. It started in telecommunications, marking up and modifying network plans, then moved into residential building, measuring jobs and pricing work across different trades. In every role, software was what made the work possible. It turned a stack of drawings into a quote, and a quote into a job.

Then, one by one, the tools changed. Software that worked perfectly well under a perpetual licence moved to annual fees. It was not just software. Games, cars and everyday products all went the same way: you stopped owning things and started renting them.

TrueScale is the answer we wanted for ourselves. Markup, takeoff and estimating software that you pay for once and own outright, with every update included. Your files stay on your own computers.
